 Pixton is a comic and storyboard maker for students and teahcers. You can also use it for business and family matters. Pixton's app is free to use (howewer, it has a pro version which is not free). You can also create a character on the site. You can learn more about it in this video.

 Voki is a platform where you can create your own character and you can give them a voice (typing or audio recording will do). There are some content that are blocked behind a paywall so be careful of that.
